Arksen (www.Arksen.com) is a new player in this market space claiming the higher end of the target buyer with designs for 45, 65, 75 and 85 feet hulls. Their 85 is in build in the UK with Hull No 1 sold due for launch spring 2022, Hull No 2 in production and Hull No 3 planned for delivery late 2023.
Arksen have announced completion of designs for the Arksen 45 based on a commercial RIB hull with specialist outfit and the 65 foot model being the smallest of the displacement aluminum hull designs. Similar to the XP78, the 65 is capable of adopting low air draft configuration for cruising European canals.
They have teamed up with Wight Shipyard Co for the production of the aluminium yacht retaining design and marketing responsibilities in-house. Their ancillary service offering is second to none in support of the product range.
